I live relatively near Cantler's and go there often. I'm out of town and the moment and will post some info on this when I get back later today or tomorrow. I will post a link and a photo or two.

We should pick an off day (day other than Fri-Sun) or early time because parking there is extremely tight, unless just a few folks go.

Unfortunately, we don't have the route instructions to repeat it this summer. Does anyone out there have the cue sheet? It would save time versus plotting out a new route. Please email it to me, thanks. Jane Clarke jane.clarke at BioReliance.com ------------------------------ Message: 2 Date: Thu, 13 May 2010 11:38:42 -0400 (EDT) From: "L. Please RSVP to LCOLLIERHYAMS at COX.NET If you have any further questions check the Tech Session page on MSCW web, or email me. See you soon! You can do both at "Celebrate Damascus" on July 10th from 10 AM to 4 PM in Damascus MD. There will be events all over town with "trolley" service between the sites. There will be car club corrals in the Damascus United Methodist Church parking lot (9700 New Church Street). You must be parked by 10 AM. Conveniently, the church is having a community breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM and car club participants can eat free! I'd like to have an idea of how many people are interested in participating so please RSVP to me (not to the list). You do have to be in place by 10 AM, but you don't necessarily have to stay all day. Food will be available all around town and there are picnic tables at the church if you want to bring your own. I will try to get the MSCW banner. Hope to see you there! This Monday as a matter of fact! We've got 12 people on the list and could use a few more. I will need to inform Tysons management of our numbers and needs by today, Friday. Also, very important, if you need any parts let me know so that we can be sure that they are stocked. Come to Rosenthal Mazda (Tyson's Corner) Vienna on Monday, May 17, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM for our fourth tech session. There will be a $5 lift fee which includes food (such as pizza and soda). The parts department will remain open until at least 7:00 PM. Please, do not abuse Rosenthal's hospitality by arriving prior to 6:00 PM as they need time to clear out their day customers. This is a great opportunity to raise your Mazda on a lift and perform minor maintenance with the help of professional mechanics and/or Club members. You will need to be an MSCW member to use a lift. You have the option to join on the spot. Bring your own tools and RSVP if you wish to attend. Visitors are encouraged to socialize and see what goes on. RSVP is required, those with reservations receive lift priority. NOTE: Tech Session participants should give serious consideration to purchasing parts from Mazda Dealer the night of the Tech Session to help ensure continued support. We have a discount parts account under my name set up by head parts man Dave. Please send your interest, model, name and intended project to LCOLLIERHYAMS at cox.net Common projects are: wheel rotation, plugs/cables, oil/diff/tran/filter servicing, auto window repair, brakes/rotors, radiator/coolant, and similar projects that can be done within our time constraints. -- l.collier hyams - artist musician professor - http://www.50manmachine.com - http://napolitano.georgetown.edu - MSCW NOVA Tech Sessions Coordinator ------------------------------ _______________________________________________ MSCW mailing list MSCW at mscw1.com http://mscw1.com/mailman/listinfo/mscw_mscw1.com End of MSCW Digest, Vol 57, Issue 8 ***********************************
