[MSCW list] headlights and winter combo

Hi

I have a couple of questions
1) My poor little 99 sport package with performance summer 195/50 15 is having 
hard times in this weather, so  I am about to buy almost new 185/60 14 winter 
combos. I had the same size on my previous 97, albeit I had nice all weather 
Pirelli performance on alloys, not snow tyres on steel wheels. Would they fit 
right ? Do I just swap the wheels like that or is there any adjustment/ advice? 
Is there any hubcap I can put on the ugly wheels?

2) I got pulled over fror a blown headlight. I looked up the bulbs, there are so 
many! Eg sylvania has Silverstar, Cool Blue, Ultra Silverstar, X vision, 
standard. Which ones do I choose?

The next NOVA tech session at Tyson's Rosenthal Mazda is scheduled for 21 Feb 
2011.
