Pep Boys supposedly has refills available in it's "Proline".  I don't 
recall seeing them there, maybe you have to go tho the counter. And 
Autobarn has Pylon blades cheap:

OTOH, I've been using Bosch or Trico, complete blades, and replacing 
once a year.
