For those a little farther north I had no problem picking up two
quarts from Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, MD this summer. At the time
they kept it in stock and had a case worth sitting on the shelf,
although I haven't checked since. The price was about $14 a quart
from the parts counter without any special discounts. The Ford dealer
is about half a mile away from Gaithersburg Mazda and their parts
counter is open till 7, so it's pretty easy to swing by the Ford
dealer and pick up some fluid before throwing the car on the lift at
one of the Maryland tech sessions.

By the way, the part number I have written down from Miata.net is
XT-M5-QS. I don't know if the NoVA dealer has it listed differently
or if it's a typo but I can't find any other reference to the part
number you listed.
