[MSCW list] Tech time update from 5-8pm instead of 6-8pm

Hi Folks,

I just got a call from the manager wanting us to start at 5pm instead of later with the intent that we finish at 8 pm and not linger too much. If you can't get there early, that's fine, you won't lose your spot. I realize this is last minute.
