[MSCW list] '95 Miata won't start!

My Miata won't start, there is no click, nothing.  I have replaced the  
battery, it is fully charged and the headlights work, but nothing in the  
passenger compartment, no radio, heater fan, nothing runs.  I have looked  at 
fuses, but I'm not sure which one it might be, and can't see one that is  
blown.  Any suggestions before I have it towed to the shop?
