[MSCW list] Transmission work

Hello group. The transmission in my 90 Miata is slowly making me insane
from the noise it's producing. It works, but not without sounding like my
car has a 8-71 Roots supercharger under the hood. I have 2 n/a FC RX7
transmissions at my disposal, so I want to do the gear swap while I have
the car apart. I already know the Kogyo transmissions are compatible, and
this would just require the bell housing and tail housing to be swapped.

But the RX7 transmissions have been sitting awhile, so I need someone to go
through it make sure the bearing/syncros/etc are in good order. Can anyone
in the area recommend a good drivetrain shop to help with this?
