Well, you've installed an aftermarket head unit, right?  Does it have an 
internal amp?  If so,  relatively inexpensive 4-8 ohm speakers are 
available from any number of reputable vendors. Bypass the separate Bose 
amp and hook them up to the new head unit.
IIRC, the Bose amp is difficult to access, so leave it in, just not 
connected.
