We replaced one, it wasn't that tough, so I would think that any competent installer could handle it.  There was one trick - the door woofers are 8", which is a somewhat odd size.  Your installer will probably need adapters to put replacement speakers in.  We used adapters that are also shields, to keep the new speakers from getting wet.
