[MSCW list] First Gen Rx-7 parts racers may want/need?

Hi Folks: I hope I'm not breaking rules here..., but I want to reach out to all racers of Rx-7s in the D.C. area.

It's been rumored for some time that I am closing up shop. I'm now trying to make that rumor come true.

I will be giving away quite a few Rx-7s parts within the next two weeks. What I would like you folks to do is to contact me about any parts you folks might need. I don't want to trash/recycle them when they can be used by somebody.

Here's a short list just to get started:

DISTRIBUTORS

SHIFT FORKS

BRAKE PIVOT BOLTS

HOOD

HEADER PANEL

and...?

Then I'll pick a weekend that works best and you folks can come by and scarf up. BYOB (Doc says I can't drink.)

Let me know (soon).

Jim

Hello fellow list members.

The time has come to part with my second gen RX-7 track-day car. The car is
in excellent condition with a number of modest, high-quality modifications.
This car will pass all safety inspections and it is currently registered in
the state of PA as an antique vehicle. However, it WILL NOT pass emissions
testing so unless you can live with that, this is probably not the car for
you.

Larry Mike, I know it is a great car. Very well presented and prepared. You should get top dollar for it by the look of the pictures. Peg and I will be back east for Maggie's wedding on Nov 5th. We can commiserate about our life with RX-7s. The good old days..Sue Ann and Mike were just here for a couple of days.
