Hello Gene,
There aren't any "waterproof" outdoor car covers from any reputable
maker. If the cover doesn't allow moisture through, it gets trapped
between the paint and the cover and ruins the paint.
Covercraft.com is a good source for quality custom-fit car covers. I've
bought several covers from them over the years when I had to store my FD
RX-7 outdoors. I've used the "Noah" fabric and it's predecessor
material (which I can't remember the name of). When that old material
would fail within warranty (which is why they no longer sell it), they
never hassled me about sending a replacement. I don't have any
experience with the newest "WeatherShield" material.
Good Luck,
- Bill
