MSCW 2019 Scenic Drive #5 - Bear Chase Brewery

Join us on Saturday, August 17th for an evening drive starting in Warrenton, Virginia and ending at the Bear Chase Brewery (https://bearchasebrew.com) 30 minutes before sunset.   We'll depart McMahon's Irish Pub and Restaurant (380 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186) at 5:30 PM for a 100-minute drive along paved back roads filled with curves and terrain changes, including Halfway Road and Blue Ridge Mountain.   At the brewery, they've got a very large lawn overlooking the Snickersville Turnpike as well as live music and some basic foods in addition to a large selection of brews and some wine as well.

If you want to have dinner at McMahons before departing on the road, I suggest you get there no later than 4:15 to give yourself time for service and still be able to leave with the group.
