It's been a few years, but Rankin Auto Upholstery did a nice job for me on
an NC. In the air park near Gaithersburg.

I previously brought them an NB with a soft top I had gotten online and
they installed it but limited their warranty. It lasted fine. But they at
the time preferred to install tops they had purchased, because they had
been burned by ill-fitting third party tops in the past.
