One of the premier car events in the DMV takes place this Saturday, 9/28, from 10 AM-1 PM, Mikey & Mel's Cruise In located in Maple Lawn, MD.  Please check their website and/or Facebook page on Thursday to see if the event is cancelled or postponed due to weather.  Furthermore, the Maryland Miata Club is hosting a short group drive to the event starting at Sherwood High School in Olney, MD, gathering at 8:30 AM and departing at 8:45 AM.

This particular car meet happens once a month and only during the spring and summer months.  If you've been to Katie's Cars and Coffee or Hunt Valley Horsepower, considering giving Mikey & Mel's a try!  It is rather impressive in scale and variety.  In fact, Katie's and Hunt Valley attendees have been known to attend Mikey & Mel's after those events have ended for the morning!
