[MSCW list] Trip to Star Trek Original Sets in June - just an update around lodging

As I mentioned in the original release about this trip, we're going to have to be flexible.  I went looking to book a hotel nearby, and found that most of the lodging in Ticonderoga was already booked for that weekend.   I did find a place in Schroom Lake, about 17 miles west of Ticonderoga and along the major highways.   I was able to book a room for Friday-Monday, and can cancel/change the reservation until late June.
Since we won't know exactly what the museum schedule will be (when Shatner will and won't be there) until May, I suggest you find some lodging now, check in on Friday and check out on Monday,  and make sure you can change it (drop a day) later without a penalty.  Then when the Shatner schedule is published in May, I'll get in touch with everyone that's signed up, and we'll work out who's doing what on which day, and we'll figure out when we all need to go up and when to come back.  Then I'll plan the route (including a drive and lunch in Vermont) so we'll all have things straight by the end of May.
