They just published the tentative schedule for the Shatner weekend - https://startrektour.com/shatner-schedule/.  The photographs and autographs are on Saturday as are most of the other events unless you purchased an Admiral Package or a Bridge chat with the Captain.  Be sure to look at  your confirmation email to see which tours you may be scheduled for.   If you haven't bought a package yet, you can buy a Shatner ticket (https://startrektour.com/product/2025-06-shatner-adult/) that will get  you admission to a regular (not led by a celebrity) set tour AND admission to the Knights of Columbus hall on Saturday afternoon to see Bill speak.  This is 'only' $75, so you pay a premium to see Bill speak - he is in his 90's so this may be a last opportunity to see him in person.   Other (cheaper) options include:

  *   Scheduling a $40 tour with David Gerrold (Tour 1 - Friday at 2:30.  Tour 2 - Sunday at noon) - https://startrektour.com/product/2025-06-shatner-gerrold/.  With these tours you may not be able to make it with the group on the trip up or the trip back.
  *   Going for a $25 pay-at-the-door 'first come first served' tour on Saturday evening - there will be four tours starting at 5:30 PM.  There IS a chance that the tour may fill before you can buy your slot.
  *   Going for a $25 pay-at-the-door 'first come first served' tour on Sunday afternoon - there will be nine tours starting at 12:30 PM.  Only do this if you're ok getting home on your own as the group may have left earlier.

The current plan for the trip is:

  *   Heading up on Friday - we'll drive up on Friday the 27th, leaving Graves Stadium at 7:00 AM, and heading up US15 to Harrisburg where we'll pick up I-81 North, then I-84 East, then I-87 north.  With a food and gas stop, it'll get us to the Maple Leaf Motel before 4 PM, and it's only another 25 minutes to the set/museum so folks who have pre-purchased packages can check in.
  *   Saturday (6/28) in Ticonderoga - folks who aren't going to an event in the morning may come with me to visit Fort Ticonderoga (https://fortticonderoga.org/) for the first tour at 10:15 AM.  We'll be done in time for folks to get back to eat and see Shatner speak at 3PM (if they bought a ticket).  I'll be trying the 'first come first served' tour at 5:30 pm - anyone is welcome to join me.
  *   Sunday we'll head home -   I'll leave the Maple Leaf at 7:00 AM, and drive along the NY shoreline of Lake Champlain, cross over into VT, and make my way to the Halfway House (https://www.yelp.com/biz/halfway-house-restaurant-shor-shoreham) for breakfast, then continue south to catch the $12 ferry across the lake (It wouldn't be an MSCW trip without a ferry ride!) and get back to the Maple Leaf by 10 AM.  Then we'll reverse our route heading home, and with gas and food stops we should be back to metro DC area by 8 PM.
