Have you filed a claim with  your insurance?  I imagine that they MAY total the car with that sort of damage. But you should talk to them to be sure.  Then I'm guessing folks here can give you the names of some good body shops.  I know that several members have been very happy with Artisan, as well as Mr. Spoiler.   I just can't imagine what sort of collateral damage may be hidden, or if one can just replace the A pillar(s) and cross member.
