Every trailer hitch I've seen has been 1 1/4".  Hard Dog makes a hideaway hitch for the NA and they do offer a 2" receiver option.   Hope your mobile chair is light as the max tongue weight is 200 lbs.  More info here: http://www.bethania-garage.com/hitch.htm
