I am saddened to inform MSCW associates that Phil Ruhl passed away last
Saturday.

Phil is well known as a Mazda Master Technician and a National Mazda Award
winner based out of Gaithersburg Mazda.  A good friend helping many MSCW
folks over the decades and a dedicated volunteer at many of our events.  His
knowledge, trusted advice and friendship will be greatly missed by our Mazda
community.    

Phil's service is Saturday, October 18 at 2 pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home,
1621 Opposumtown Pike in Frederick, Maryland.
